When you buy from Pink Zebra London, you are entering a legally binding contract with Pink Zebra London. Please ensure that you have fully read the description and terms conditions prior to entering the agreement.
Return and Refund:
We can only accept return if the item faulty or damage, incorrect
item received and not suitable.
For obvious hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any of
our earrings unless they are faulty.
The return item must be returned in their original packaging and
must not been used.
The post and packaging cost of returned items are non-refundable.
Pink Zebra London can not hold responsible for returned goods
lost in transit. We advice our customer to send the returned items
by registered post and retain proof of postage.
The customer will be refunded by the same method of payment used.
Payment & Shipping:
We accept PayPal and postal orders. PayPal will be the only form of payment accepted from international buyers.
We take great care in packaging any item to ensure safe shipment and to make sure our customers are satisfied with the condition of the items when received.
The item will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment.
The item will be shipped by the Royal Mail, first class recorded.
You will be notified if there is a delay for any reason, please allow extra time for bank holidays, weekends and Christmas period.
We are not responsible for incorrect address.
